Damaged goods will be replaced but as the Limited Edition Prints are printed to order, there are no refunds. Please choose carefully when purchasing as all sales are final.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement for a damaged product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When you order a fine art photographic print, please carefully consider your purchase as we are unable to exchange it for another print or provide a refund unless the order has been damaged in transit.
Any fine art print orders that have been damaged, lost, or are incorrect will be replaced.
If your print has been damaged in transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the order by emailing us at email@example.com for assistance. We will require photos of the affected packaging and damaged print to process your claim.
If your order is lost in transit or was incorrectly printed, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Fine art prints purchased during a sale or promotion are only eligible for this discount within the specified period. Sales items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless damaged during transport.
